Two pairs of Christian Dior designer costume jewelry earrings comprising one pair of post-back gold-tone metal earrings in the form of nautilus shells, and one pair of gold-tone metal earclips mounted with mottled blue glass cabochons, each marked "Chr. Dior" to reverse. Shell: 1.75" L x 0.75" W. Provenance: Property from the Manhattan estate of Indrani Yogasundram who lived in many different countries with her husband, Yogaraj, during his decades-long career as a Sri Lankan diplomat. In addition to the heirloom jewelry she possessed, Indrani acquired jewelry, art, and ornaments while stationed in China (1960-63), Sri Lanka (1963-65), and Iraq (1965-1967).
